About Quickstarter

Quickstarter is built on a powerful platform within WordPress that makes it easy to add pages, image galleries, products* and additional content. You can turn a Quickstarter into whatever you want it to be with just a few clicks and there’s no code required. And since it’s WordPress, there’s no limit to how large you can scale your website. You’ll also get a walkthrough when your website is launched and there are plenty of other resources available as well to help, including ongoing support plans (though those are not required.)

There’s a few things that set Quickstarter apart. For starters, it’s fully open-source, so that means you can host it anywhere you’d like. Unlike the big DIY guys, you’re not restricted to a hosting provider and in fact, you’ll need one before your new site can be launched. If you’re shopping for a hosting provider, feel free to reach out as there are a number of reputable ones.

While an eCommerce Quickstarter will soon be offered, if you’re familiar with WordPress and just want a quick foundation to get started on, a regular Quickstarter may be what you’re looking for as opposed to Quickshop because you can use any eCommerce plugin you’d like, including WooCommerce.

* Adding products requires installation of WooCommerce or a comparable plugin, a merchant account and depending on host, an SSL certificate.
